SHIPMENT SCHEDULE:
We ship orders out every Monday and Thursday. Orders placed on Monday through Wednesday will be sent out on Thursday. Orders placed on Thursday through Sunday will be sent out on Monday.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Shipping times will vary depending on where you live. For example, US orders will take roughly 2-4 business days from the date they're sent out. Please be patient as these times can vary. Please refer to the tracking number sent to your email if your order was sent with tracking.
If you have not received anything after 10 business days, please contact us via the contact tab at the top with your order number.
WHAT ORDERS WILL BE SENT WITH TRACKING?
Orders that only include stickers will not have tracking. This is because the shipping cost outweighs the order total in most cases.
Jet Tags sent within Canada will not be sent with tracking. This is because the shipping cost outweighs the order total in most cases. Jet Tags sent to the USA will have tracking.
All Hat and Clothing orders will be shipped with tracking. Please check the email used to place your order.
